Striving to make villages places of equal lifelong opportunities, we see villages emerging as places worth living in with dignity, belongingness, prosperity, and opportunity.

The minimum unit of intervention is the Community Development Block, typically of 130–150 villages and over a million people.

Our focus is east and central India, home to over 70% of India’s poor, and the largest concentration of global poor.

Our long-term goal is to transform 1,000 blocks (or 1,00,000 villages), transforming 200 million lives.
