She has acquired expertise in training, research and evidence for policy and practice. Her strength lies in climate resilience and Integrated Natural Resource Management,<br \/>\nShe worked as a Professor in the faculty area of Ecosystem and Environmental Management at Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.<\/p>\n<p>She earned her Ph.D in Botany from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong.
