Community involvement in health is paramount \u2013 that means local participation in the design and delivery of health care services local people as opposed to health authorities which means there is a better chance of their programs being successful. Prior to that she also worked in Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Hospital, Ramgarh and Shalini Memorial Hospital, Rukka, Angara. As an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr. Seema has attended to and managed many high-risk pregnancy cases apart from normal, routine cases. She has expertise in medical as well as surgical Obstetrical and Gynecological care.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Seema is currently the Nodal Officer for Maternal Health in National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand. Under her leadership, programmes related to maternal health are being implemented and monitored for better maternal health outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Seema Gupta has done her MBBS from Magadh Medical College, Gaya and DGO and MS, Obstetrics & Gynaecology from P.M.C.H. She has over 15 years of experience as a nurse providing health care to the people of rural areas. Apart from her professional training, she has also received training in specialized areas like as a Skilled Birth Attendant for providing quality care to pregnant women for antenatal, intranatal and postnatal services. She has also been trained for neonatal and pediatric care. Tulika is among the few ANMs who have been trained for screening women for cervical cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Tulika has done her ANM training from A.N.M.T.C.
