The initiative was announced at Indian Rural Colloquy. The event was organised by TRIF in collaboration with Xavier Institute of Social Service on the occasion of Nelson Mandela International Day.<\/p><p>The event was aimed to empower rural communities, inspire policy attention, spur investments, and promote equity and vibrancy in villages.
