Siddharth Chaturvedi is presently working as EVP, AISECT Group and handles the entire Strategy and Operations for the Group’s various activities. AISECT Group is India’s leading Social Enterprise working in areas of Higher Education, Skills Training, Financial Inclusion in rural areas, Aadhaar based services, online services and Pre-schools. Siddharth has been instrumental in Group’s growth on pan-India basis in various verticals, as well as strengthening of Group’s various initiatives in association with key Govt. of India priorities such as Skill India Mission, Digital India Mission and Startup India Mission.

Siddharth handles the functioning of the 23,000 strong AISECT center network, strategy for expansion and business diversification at AISECT. Besides this, Siddharth also sits on the Board of three Private Universities promoted by AISECT Group.

As part of the CII – Young Indians Network, Siddharth headed the Entrepreneurship and Innovation vertical of Bhopal Chapter, wherein he took active interest in mentoring young entrepreneurs and initiated other activities which contributed to fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation amongst technical students and entrepreneurs. Siddharth has also been working as Convenor of the CII MP Panel on Skills, HR and IR.

Previous to joining AISECT, Siddharth has done his Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Siddharth joined ITC after that, where he was a part of the team expanding e-choupals and later on was responsible for setting up its Cash and Carry Retail Operations in North India. Thereafter, he moved on to IBM and worked on various Business Consulting engagements in the Consumer Products and Retail space.

Siddharth is a subject matter expert on Skill Development, Livelihoods, Employability, TVET systems, National Skills Qualification Framework; their implementation as well as policy advocacy with various stakeholders.

Ms. Nandita Gole, 20yrs, is a member of the Youth Advisory Group under the GOYN organization. Born and raised in the tribal district of Barwani, MP. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from Govt. PG College, Barwani. Her father Dilip Gole is a brick trader. Nandita aims to become an Administrative Officer and is actively involved in youth advocacy and community development projects. With her passion for improving the lives of people in her community, Nandita is committed to making a positive impact on society.

Under GOYN Nandita actively participates and advocates for women’s participation in the workforce, she engages with community youth into building better community narratives around women. She is passionate to overcome the gender challenges within her own family and community.

Mrs. Dipa Prakash is the director at Omega Renk Bearings. She has a Bachelors
degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Heavy Electrical
Engineering. She is a qualified NDT personnel.

After completion of engineering, she joined Bharat Heavy Electrical in Bhopal which she left in 1991.
After a very short stint in the family business, she took up the representation of RENK, Germany for all their sales and after Sales market in India from 1996. Soon after in 2000, Mrs. Prakash started the company Omega Renk Bearings which caters to the export market. She looks after the Sales and Services of the Company and also looks into Day to day operations.

Her long-term vision of environmental sustainability reflect in the company’s strength with a one of its kind off-grid solar powered LEEDs Platinum rated office space as well as a 1.5MW captive solar plant since 2013. The Platinum rated building has been featured in many conferences, has won several accolades and is one of the jewels of Omega Renk Bearings.

She is a keen bonsai artist and has been practicing this art since 1990.

Ajay Shrivastav is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of Training and Placement. Currently serving as the Training & Placement Officer at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Bhopal, he has been actively involved in shaping the careers of students for over 13 years. In this role, Ajay is responsible for bridging the gap between academia and industry by facilitating recruitment drives, internships, and training programs.

Prior to his current position, Ajay held the position of Director of Placement, Incubation Center at Technocrats Group of Institutions in Bhopal. During his tenure of 9 years and 7 months, he played a vital role in establishing strong corporate relations, fostering industry collaborations, and promoting entrepreneurship among students.

Ajay's expertise in training and placement extends beyond a single institution. He served as the Placement Director at Oriental Group of Institutions in Bhopal for a period of 1 year and 6 months. During his tenure, he successfully coordinated placement activities, connected students with leading companies, and facilitated career development programs.

Before joining Oriental Group, Ajay held the position of Group Registrar at Patel Group of Institutions, where he contributed to the overall administration and management of the institution. Additionally, he served as the Registrar and Director of Placement at GGITM (LNCTE) in Bhopal for 3 years and 8 months, where he played a crucial role in strengthening industry-academia relationships.

Ajay's journey in the field of training and placement began at University Institute of Technology, RGPV, where he worked as a Training and Placement Officer for 5 years and 2 months. During this period, he developed strong ties with leading companies, organized campus recruitment drives, and provided career guidance to students.

Parikipandla Narahari (born 1 March 1975) also known as P. Narahari is an Indian civil servant employed by the Indian Administrative Services and author. According to Tehelka, Narahari, in his capacity as District collector of Gwalior, is one of India's few civil servants to use social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook to interact with citizenry to solve their problems.

Narahari is one among those rare professional officers to be credited as Publicity Advisor to three successive governments of different parties.

Narahari has written eight books, Who Owns Mhow? and The Making of Ladli Laxmi Yojna. The latter concerns the Ladli Laxmi Yojana, an initiative of the Government of Madhya Pradesh planned by Narahari which later inspired Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Yojana

He made Gwalior district 95% barrier-free in two years to help persons with disabilities, senior citizens, women easily access public spaces. Thus making Gwalior an example for other cities in India as reported by Satyamev Jayate.

In Indore as District Collector he focused on health, education and Smart Cities Mission. Indore also became the cleanest city in India under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan where Narahari played a key role. Narahari is credited for not only establishing the Social Media wing in the Public Relations Department of Government but also making it a frequently-used tool for publicity of the government programs, policies and activities.
