Dr. Seema Gupta is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 30 years of professional experience as a clinician, working in the Department of Health, Government of Jharkhand. Prior to that she also worked in Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Hospital, Ramgarh and Shalini Memorial Hospital, Rukka, Angara. As an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr. Seema has attended to and managed many high-risk pregnancy cases apart from normal, routine cases. She has expertise in medical as well as surgical Obstetrical and Gynecological care.

Dr. Seema is currently the Nodal Officer for Maternal Health in National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand. Under her leadership, programmes related to maternal health are being implemented and monitored for better maternal health outcomes.

Dr. Seema Gupta has done her MBBS from Magadh Medical College, Gaya and DGO and MS, Obstetrics & Gynaecology from P.M.C.H. Patna.

Tulika Guchait is an ANM, working in Health and Wellness Centre, Nawagarh in Angara block of Ranchi District. She has over 15 years of experience as a nurse providing health care to the people of rural areas. Apart from her professional training, she has also received training in specialized areas like as a Skilled Birth Attendant for providing quality care to pregnant women for antenatal, intranatal and postnatal services. She has also been trained for neonatal and pediatric care. Tulika is among the few ANMs who have been trained for screening women for cervical cancer.

Tulika has done her ANM training from A.N.M.T.C. Ranchi and has been working as ANM in Angara block post training in various Health Sub Centres of the same block.

Narmi Premica Tiru, is a Sahiya Sathi from Jamgai village of Namkum Block . She belongs to the Munda Community of Jharkhand . Narmi has passed her Xth standard from Lalu Prasad Yadav School, Hatia. She was selected as a Sahiya in 2006 and was encouraged to become a Sahiyya Sathi in 2010. She leads a team of 11 Sahiya’s. Narmi has dedicated herself for the betterment of the community and has brought about a lot of changes in the quality of health services.

Nilofer Praveen belongs to the Itki block of Ranchi District . She has done her Intermediate from Bero College of Ranchi District . She was selected as Sahiyya in 2007 . Amidst a lot of challenges , Nilofer has emerged as a leader and change agent in the community. She is very hardworking , committed and dedicated and has brought about a lot of improvement in the indicators related to immunization, antenatal care and institutional delivery.

Sabita Kumari is from Purio village which is located in Purio Panchayat of Bero Block of Ranchi district . She belongs to Ma Lakshmi Mahila Mandal and she is a leader of Jariya Ajeevika Cluster Level Federation of Jariya . She has been identified as a “Sakriya Mahila '' in her CLF . Sabita has done her Intermediate from Bero College . She leads the Financial Literacy initiatives in the women groups and does knowledge building around savings and credit, importance of bank linkage, insurance etc . Sabita is very sensitive towards the health needs of the women and adolescents and wants to work for the community to improve their health conditions.

Roshan Lal Munda is the Mukhiya of Sirka Panchayat . He is holding the responsibilities as Mukhiya from 2022. He has a special interest in working for the village communities. Since he was born and brought up in the village therefore he has very closely experienced the issues and problems of the communities. He has a social bent of mind and has felt that not many benefits reach the unreached and poorest of the poor and this triggered him to contest elections and thereby work for the people.

He served as the President of the Village Education Committee( 2005) . He has devoted 4 years as Para teacher in Rajkiya Vidyalaya ,Sirka School . He is a graduate in history and has done his post graduation in Mass Communication from Ranchi University.
