Dr. Seema Gupta is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 30 years of professional experience as a clinician, working in the Department of Health, Government of Jharkhand. Prior to that she also worked in Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Hospital, Ramgarh and Shalini Memorial Hospital, Rukka, Angara. As an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr. Seema has attended to and managed many high-risk pregnancy cases apart from normal, routine cases. She has expertise in medical as well as surgical Obstetrical and Gynecological care.
Dr. Seema is currently the Nodal Officer for Maternal Health in National Health Mission (NHM), Jharkhand. Under her leadership, programmes related to maternal health are being implemented and monitored for better maternal health outcomes.

Roshan Lal Munda is the Mukhiya of Sirka Panchayat . He is holding the responsibilities as Mukhiya from 2022. He has a special interest in working for the village communities. Since he was born and brought up in the village therefore he has very closely experienced the issues and problems of the communities. He has a social bent of mind and has felt that not many benefits reach the unreached and poorest of the poor and this triggered him to contest elections and thereby work for the people.
He served as the President of the Village Education Committee( 2005) . He has devoted 4 years as Para teacher in Rajkiya Vidyalaya ,Sirka School . He is a graduate in history and has done his post graduation in Mass Communication from Ranchi University.
