यह “जल उपभोक्ता समूह निर्देश पुस्तिका” झारखंड में JSLPS और Transform Rural India द्वारा तैयार की गई है, जो सामुदायिक प्रबंधित सूक्ष्म सिंचाई प्रणाली (CMMIS/CMSLI) पर केंद्रित है। इसमें सौर ऊर्जा आधारित लिफ्ट सिंचाई की स्थापना, स्थल चयन मानदंड, जल उपभोक्ता समूह (WUG) का गठन एवं शासन, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, जल शुल्क संग्रह, तथा कार्यान्वयन की चरण-दर-चरण प्रक्रिया की सरल हिंदी में जानकारी दी गई है, ताकि किसान आत्मनिर्भर कृषि-उद्यमी बन सकें।
This “Water User Group Guidebook” has been prepared by JSLPS and Transform Rural India in Jharkhand, focusing on Community Managed Solar Micro Irrigation Systems (CMSLI). It provides simple Hindi-language guidance on solar-powered lift irrigation installation, site selection criteria, formation and governance of Water User Groups (WUGs), financial management, water fee collection, and the step-by-step implementation process — with the aim of helping farmers become self-reliant agri-entrepreneurs.
