Supporting the Department of Panchayati Raj, in Chhattisgarh Transform Rural India (TRI) conducted an evaluation study of the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan using the Kirkpatrick model, a framework that assesses training effectiveness across four levels: reaction, learning, behaviour and results. The evaluation shows that the training received positive feedback, with 83% rating their experience well and 67.1% finding it practical for daily work. While 96% applied their learning, only 61.2% felt confident in transferring knowledge. There were key recommendations that have emerged from the Report, which TRI looks forward to taking ahead.
